Marvel and Electronics Arts are working on another game. Cliffhanger Games, Electronic Arts studio, is working on a single-player Black Panther title.
Marvel Games has also tweeted a teaser video of the game.
It is worth noting that Black Panther made his comic debut in July 1966. So, today’s announcement actually marks the 57th anniversary of Black Panther. We have seen Black Panther as a playable character in several games, but this is his first solo game.
Kevin Stephens, who was previously the studio head at Monolith Productions, is currently leading Cliffhanger Games.
“We’re dedicated to delivering fans a definitive and authentic Black Panther experience, giving them more agency and control over their narrative than they have ever experienced in a story-driven video game,” Stephens said in a statement.
Electronic Arts didn’t confirm any details. We don’t know the platforms where the game will be available.
