Asus has finally confirmed that its handheld Windows PC console ROG Ally will be launched in India on July 12. There will also be a special Flipkart Flash sale on 7th July 2023. ROG Ally is priced at Rs. 69,990.

After the one day exclusive flash sale, the ROG Ally will be available from ASUS Exclusive Stores, ASUS Eshop & Flipkart starting July 12. The first 200 customers who purchase the ROG Ally from ASUS Eshop or ASUS Stores on July 12 will also receive a complimentary ROG Ally Case worth INR 2000.

ROG Ally features a 7-inch screen (1920 x 1080 Pixels) 120Hz display. The screen is bright and vivid. The display panel has 500 nits of peak brightness and 7ms response time. There is also Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus, with DTX Coating. It packs AMD Ryzen Z1 / Z1 Extreme processors with AMD RDNA 3 GPU. The device also packs 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GV or 512GB NVMe SSD storage. There are also Dual speakers with Dolby Atmos. The handheld packs Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB-C, and a custom Asus PCIe port. Asus ROG Ally runs Windows 11 out of the box.

Asus has used its new Zero Gravity Thermal System design to maintain temperatures. This system is coupled Dust Filter and 0.1mm Ultra-thin Fins. There are ABXY buttons, D-pad, L&R Hall Effect, analog triggers, L&R bumpers, and 2 assignable grip buttons. The handheld device measures 11.04 x 4.38 x 0.84 inches. So, it is slightly smaller than Steam Deck but bigger than the standard Nintendo Switch.
