Today Hello Games announced the release of its space adventure game No Man’s Sky on Mac via Steam. The game will also soon be available on Mac App Store. The game will be free if you already own the PC version.
No Man’s Sky supports Mac with Apple silicon or an Intel-based Mac with at least a Core i5 processor.
The Mac port was announced in 2022 at WWDC and the game was promised to be available for the iPad and Mac by the end of 2022. But the game missed the deadline and is now available ahead of WWDC 2023.
No Man’s Sky was initially launched back in 2016 and is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. It is also available in VR via PSVR 2.
