Xiaomi India has confirmed that it has extended warranty for select smartphones including Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Mi 11 Ultra, and Poco X3 Pro. If you have purchased any of these smartphones in India in the last two years and are facing issues related to the camera or motherboard, Xiaomi will repair the phone under warranty.

Xiaomi made this important announcement on Xiaomi Insiders Discord. Not sure why the company made this important announcement on Discord and didn’t tweet or issue any press release about it.

It seems Xiaomi identified issues with these phones and parts in particular. Now the company is trying to address the situation. This extended warranty won’t cover rooted phones, liquid damage, or tampered or broken cases.
