Sony PlayStation Q

During the PlayStation Showcase event, Sony confirmed that Project Q is real. It unveiled PlayStation Q handheld for streaming PS5 games.

This handheld device will allow users to stream any non-VR game from a PS5 console using Remote Play. It won’t be able to play games on its own. Sony has been offering Remote Play for a while to allow users to stream games on other devices such as macOS, Windows, iOS, or Android devices over Wi-Fi or the Internet,

The device features an 8-inch 1080p display with 60fps playback. The controller attached to the display has the same features including haptic feedback and adaptive triggers as in the DualSense controller.

Sony also announced its plans to launch Bluetooth earbuds that can connect to a PlayStation console, a mobile device, as well as PCs at the same time.

Sony didn’t confirm pricing and availability details. We also don’t know the name of Bluetooth earbuds or Handheld. The name PlayStation Q is a temporary name.
