Xiaomi has confirmed the launch date of the Redmi A2 series in India. The phone will be launched in India on May 19th. Redmi A2 was introduced back in May. The phone comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD display, Octa-Core Helio G36 SoC, Dual rear camera, 5 MP front camera, and 5000mAh battery.
Redmi A2 runs Android 13 (Go Edition). This entry-level phone features impressive specs. The phone features a 6.52-inch HD+ IPS LCD display and packs Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G36 12nm processor along with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes in 2GB and 3GB RAM options along with 32GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage.
The rear camera setup includes 8 megapixels primary camera and a secondary depth camera. For selfies, it has 5 megapixel front camera. It also has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, and Micro USB port connectivity options. The phone also packs a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging.
