As promised, Poco has announced Poco F5 Pro for global markets. The phone features a 6.67-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, up to 12GB RAM, 64+8+2 MP rear camera, 16MP selfie camera, 5G, and 5160mAh battery.
POCO F5 Pro features a 6.67-inch WQHD+ 12-bit AMOLED display with 3200 x 1440 pixels resolution. The display panel features a 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1400 nits peak brightness. It boasts 1920Hz PWM high-frequency dimming and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. The display panel also supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision content.
The phone packs up to 3.2GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with Adreno next-gen GPU. It also comes in two models: 8GB LPDDR5 RAM + 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, 12GB LPDDR5 RAM + 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM + 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also has 6933mm² New generation high-efficiency graphite and 5000mm² large stainless steel VC to keep it cool.
It has a triple camera setup that includes 64 megapixels primary camera with OIS, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, and 2 megapixels macro camera. The camera app has different camera modes including Film Camera KG200, Film Camera H-400, Film Camera C-50D, Film Camera KP160, Film Camera KC64, Film Camera FC400, and Film Camera V-250. It can also record 8K videos. For selfies, the phone has 16 megapixels front camera.
POCO F5 Pro has an in-display fingerprint sensor and an Infrared sensor. It supports USB Type-C audio. The phone has Stereo speakers and supports Hi-Res audio and Dolby Atmos.
Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC. It packs a 5160mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging. The phone can be charged up to 50% in 15 minutes. It also supports 30W wireless charging. This is also the first Poco phone that supports wireless charging.
POCO F5 Pro comes in Black and White colors. It measures 162.78×75.44×8.59mm and weighs 205g. The phone has carbon-fibre texture on the sides of the glass body.
