Krafton India has officially confirmed that its popular mobile Battle Royale game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is coming back to India. The game will soon be available to download.

“We would like to express our deep appreciation to the Indian authorities for permitting us to restart the operations of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI),” the company said in a Facebook post. “KRAFTON, Inc., as a responsible South Korean company that abides by the law, has put in place several measures to ensure compliance to all Indian laws.”

The company claims that it is committed to the Indian gaming ecosystem. It will invest in the Indian gaming industry and will contribute to building a vibrant ecosystem.

BGMI has confirmed that BGMI servers are not online yet. So, don’t rush and believe any fake news. We are looking for more developments and will share the news when the game is back to download and servers are up. So, stay tuned for all the latest updates.

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) was released in India back in 2021 after the Indian government banned PUBG Mobile. BGMI was also banned in the country in July 2022. Game streamers and esports players were very disappointed
