Twitter has finally launched the Twitter Blue subscription in India, Brazil, and Indonesia. Although there were hints from Musk that Twitter Blue will cost less in emerging markets that didn’t happen.

Soon after Musk bought Twitter, he revamped Twitter Blue to make it more appealing. Twitter Blue offers several exclusive features such as the ability to post longer and high-quality videos, prioritized rankings in conversation, Blue tick, organized bookmarks, custom app icons, and early access to new features such as Edit Tweet, Undo Tweet, and more. The company will also start showing fewer ads to Blue subscribers in the coming weeks.

Twitter Blue has already been live in several countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK for a long time. According to Sensor Tower, Twitter has over 100 million monthly active users in Brazil and India. If it manages to attract users of these regions to get the Blue subscription, it can boost its revenue easily.

Twitter Blue Price in India

Twitter Blue costs Rs. 650 per month or Rs. 6800 per year if you purchase it from the website. Android and iOS users will have to pay Rs. 900 per month. If you plan to keep paying for Twitter Blue, getting an annual subscription can save you a good amount.
