ASUS releases new Xbox controller with customizable OLED screen

ASUS released a new Xbox controller ‘ROG Raikiri Pro’ at CES 2023. This controller features a customizable OLED screen that can show useful information like active profile, charging status, and microphone mute.

Features a familiar Xbox layout. The four rear buttons are programmable for hotkeys, sensitivity toggles, and similar commands. You can switch profiles using the top buttons and trigger lock to limit travel. The gaming controller ROG Raikiri Pro controller offers ‘trio-mode’ connections including Bluetooth, RF, or USB-C. Wireless functionality is only available with the PC. Xbox support is only available through USB.

The gaming controller also includes ESS DAC for audio from the 3.5mm headset jack.

Asus has not confirmed the pricing of ROG Raikiri Pro. It should be available sometime in the first quarter of 2023.
