WhatsApp says that users can customize their Avatars by using different combinations of facial characteristics, hairstyles, and clothing. It will also offer style enhancements including lighting, shading, and hair style textures in the coming days.

To create your Avatar, open the WhatsApp app and go to Settings. Here, tap Avatar and then select Create Your Avatar. Follow the steps to create and customize the avatar.

You can also make your avatar your profile photo if you want. Sharing Avatar on a WhatsApp conversion is also easy.

WhatsApp’s Avatar feature is similar to Snap’s Bitmoji or Apple’s Memoji stickers. Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram also have the same feature. Now Meta is introducing it to WhatsApp.
