MediaTek will announce Dimensity 8200 SoC on December 1. The company has confirmed this via a teaser poster. This chipset will be energy efficient.

Dimensity 8200

Dimensity 8200 will include an octa-core processor with four Cortex-A78 cores and four Cortex-A55 cores. The A78 will be divided into two clusters where one Cortex-A78 will be clocked at 3.1 GHz and three Cortex-A78 will run at 3.0 GHz. The other four efficiency Cortex-A55 cores will run at 2.0 GHz. It will feature the same Mali-G610 MC6 GPU that was also in Dimensity 8200.

The company has not confirmed anything, reports claim that iQOO Neo 7 SE will be the first smartphone powered by Dimensity 8200 SoC. The phone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz Hz refresh rate and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. This phone will go official on December 2 in China.
