Snap has introduced a few new features for Snapchat+ subscribers. New features include Story Expiration, custom notification sounds, camera borders, and more.

Why Story Expiration feature lets Snapchat+ subscribers choose the stories expiration time between one hour and one week. Normally, the Story expires after 24 hours. If you want to capture more eyeballs, you can set a longer expiration time.

Snapchat+ subscribers can also add custom notification sounds. They can set different tones for different friends. It will help them know who sent the Snap just by the notification note. The company has added six new sounds including Alien Amulet, Bottle Pop, Fairy Glass, Log Goblin, Melody Beach, and Mini Drop.

The company is also adding new custom camera color borders. There are several colors including Yellow, Lime Green, Aqua Blue, Crayon Blue, Vivid Purple, Shocking Pink, Candy Red, and Fire Orange to choose from. Snap is also adding custom exclusive, seasonal, and spooky Bitmoji backgrounds that Snapchat+ subscribers can use in their profiles.

Snap is now trying hard to give Snapchat+ subscribers extra features to motivate other users to get Snapchat+. Now Snapchat+ subscribers have several features including Story Expiration time, priority Story replies, post view emoji, special Bitmoji backgrounds, Custom Notification sound, custom app icons, rewatch indicator, friendship badges, and best friends forever pin. When the subscription was initially launched, most people didn’t find it worth paying for.
