Reliance Jio has quietly launched its first laptop JioBook in India. This laptop was initially showcased at IMC 2022. The laptop is now listed on Reliance Digital at Rs. 15799.

JioBook is an entry-level laptop. It features an 11.6-inch HD display with a 1366 x 768 pixels resolution. It packs 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 665 SoC and 2GB RAM. The laptop also has 128GB of internal storage.

The laptop runs JioOS, a custom Android-based OS, that is optimized to offer good performance and also supports local languages. It comes with several Jio apps and Microsoft 365 services.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, HDMI mini, and 2x USB ports. It also includes Jio 4G LTE to stay connected to data all the time. JioBook also has a MicroSD card slot and a standard headphone jack. The laptop packs stereo speakers setup and also has a 2MP webcam.

The company promises over 8 hours of battery life on a single charge.
