Redmi has launched its latest budget smartphone Redmi A1 in India. This is an entry-level smartphone and is priced at Rs. 6499. Redmi A1 features a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD display, Helio A22 SoC, dual camera, 5 MP selfie camera, and 5000mAh battery.
Redmi A1 features a 6.52-inch HD+ display with up to 400 nits of brightness. The display also has scratch-resistant glass to avoid scratches. The phone runs Android 12 Go Edition out of the box. It packs a 2GHz Quad-Core MediaTek Helio A22 12nm processor and IMG PowerVR GE-class GPU. The phone has 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. Storage is expandable up to 512GB.
The rear camera setup includes 8 megapixels primary camera and a depth camera. It also has 5 megapixels front cameras for capturing selfies.
Redmi A1 measures 164.9x 76.75x 9.09mm and weighs 192g. It also has a P2i coating for making the phone splash-resistant. The phone has a leather-like design on the back.
