iQOO just announced the launch of its latest budget 5G smartphone iQOO Z6 Lite 5G in India. The phone features a 6.58-inch 120Hz display, Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC, 50+2 MP rear camera, 8 MP selfie camera, and 5000 mAh battery. The phone starts at Rs. 13999.
iQOO Z6 Lite 5G features a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD Display with a waterdrop notch. The display panel has 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The phone runs Android 12 with Funtouch OS 12 out of the box. The company promises 2 Android updates and 3 years of security patches.

This is the first phone to come with the recently announced Snapdragon 4 Gen 1. The phone also has an Adreno GPU. It comes in two models 4+64GB and 6+128GB. Storage is further expandable up to 1TB. The phone uses LPDDR4x RAM and UFS2.2 storage. iQOO has also included a graphite cooling film, cooling copper foil, thermal gel, and temperature sensor to effectively cool the phone under high load.
The rear camera setup includes 50 megapixels primary camera and 2 megapixels macro camera. It also has an 8 megapixels selfie camera.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, and USB Type-C. It packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The company will not offer a charger in the box. So, you will have to buy charging adapter separately.
Dimensions of iQOO Z6 Lite 5G measure 164x 75.84x 8.25mm and it weighs 194g. It features a plastic back and comes in Mystic Night and Stellar Green colors.
