Apple recently launched iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max during its Far Out event. Now, these phones are available in the market. Several users reported that the camera of the iPhone 14 Pro is shaking and rattling when using it in some third-party apps including Snapchat and TikTok.

The camera sensor can be seen vibrating uncontrollably. This makes the camera unusable for those apps.

The issue is not with the default camera app, so it seems a bug with the camera API or the firmware that controls the OIS. If your phone is also facing the issue, there is no workaround to fix it. If you experience the issue, avoid using the camera third-party apps. The rattle or shake can damage the camera hardware.

After several media reports, the company confirmed to Bloomberg that it is working to fix the bug and the fix is coming next week.
