Apple launches new AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with improved ANC

At the Apple event, Apple also unveiled the new AirPods Pro (2nd generation). New AirPods Pro pack Apple’s H2 chip. These new pair of earbuds support spatial audio. Apple also introduced personalized spatial audio to offer a more immersive experience.

Apple has added a new touch sensor to give you more control. The touch control makes it easier to control volume by light swiping up or down. Press the stem to change the music, answer phone calls, and more. The new AirPods Pro features Bluetooth connectivity with LE Audio.

Active Noise Cancellation has also been improved. Apple claims that it offers twice as better ANC as compared to its predecessor. The company also added adaptive transparency that cancels any high decibel noise around you.

They also support skin detection via a sensor. So, it can stop media playback when you take earbuds out of your ears.

AirPods Pro promises up to 6 hours of battery life on a single charge and it can be up to 30 hours with the charging case. It is an increase of 6 hours as compared to its predecessor.

The new AirPods Pro also comes with a new charging chase that offers Find My support and a built-in speaker to track it. AirPods Pro charging case is sweat- and water-resistant. It also includes a lanyard loop. You will also be able to charge it using an Apple Watch charger along with a Lightning cable and Qi or MagSafe charger.

Apple now also gives customers an option to personalize the charging case with their individual Memoji.

The new AirPods Pro will be up for pre-order starting September 9 and will be available starting September 23. It is priced at $249.

AirPods Pro (2nd generation) is priced at Rs. 26900 in India.
