Samsung launches new gaming monitors with access to cloud gaming

Samsung has introduced new Odyssey gaming monitors at Gamescom. These new Odyssey gaming monitors have built-in Samsung’s Gaming Hub. Gaming Hub also brings easy access to game streaming services such as Xbox Cloud Gaming, Google Stadia, Amazon Luna, and Nvidia GeForce Now.

Samsung’s new Odyssey G70B and G65B gaming monitors come in 27- and 32-inch display sizes. G70B gaming monitor features flat IPS display. It comes with 4K support at 144Hz and 1ms gray-to-gray (GtG) response times. The G65B is a curved monitor. It offers 1440p support at 240Hz and 1ms GtG response times.

Odyssey gaming monitors

These gaming monitors come with Gaming Hub. Gaming Hub includes a new Game Bar that lets gamers check gaming settings, adjust screen ratios, modify response times, and switch game modes.

One can also connect these monitors wirelessly to PCs or Macs. Thanks to smart platform integration, you can also mirror an iPhone or iPad screen using Apple AirPlay 2. It also supports Samsung DeX. These monitors come with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps.

Samsung has yet to provide full specifications, pricing, and release date. The company only mentioned that these monitors will be available from Q4.
