Fall Guys will be a free-to-play game on June 21. It will also make its debut on Epic Games. The game will also be launched on Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5.
The game will no longer be available for new players on Steam. Players who already own a copy of the game on Steam can continue to play the game and keep getting updates.
Mediatonic will also offer a new Legacy Pack to players who already own the game on Steam and PlayStation 4. This pack includes a nickname, nameplate, the Regal costume, the Veggie Dog costume, the Feisty Dwarf costume, and a Season Pass for Season 1. New players will have to purchase the Season Pass if they want.
Fall Guys was initially released in August 2020 and became popular in a short time. It was a free PlayStation Plus title and was priced at $19.99 for other players. It peaked with 172,213 concurrent players on Steam in 2020. The game currently has around 7,000 players playing it on PC.
