Remedy Entertainment has confirmed that Alan Wake Remastered is coming to Nintendo Switch this fall. The game was initially released for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC last year. The Switch version of the game will run natively on the device.

The Switch version of the game wasn’t previously announced but the company now confirmed it in a press release without revealing any detail. It will be a digital-only release.

Remedy also talked about the long-awaited Alan Wake 2 that was announced back in December. Now the company says that the game has been delayed and we will have to wait a bit longer.

Alan Wake game was originally released back in 2010 for Xbox 360 and got a good response. The game was appreciated for its storytelling and action gameplay.

The company also confirmed that it is working with AMC Networks to make the Alan Wake TV series.

“There’s still a long way to go for the series to become a reality, but we are excited, to say the least, about this latest development,” Remedy said in the press email.
