Poco just announced its latest gaming phone POCO F4 GT in a global event. The phone has similar specs to the Redmi K50 gaming edition that was introduced in China back in February this year. POCO F4 GT features 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4nm SoC, up to 12GB RAM, triple camera, quad-speaker setup, gaming triggers, and 4700mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
POCO F4 GT features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh and 1920Hz High-Frequency PWM Dimming. The display supports HDR10+ and features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It runs MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box.
The phone packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4nm SoC with Adreno next-gen GPU. The phone comes in two models: 8+128GB and 12+256GB. The company has used LPPDDR5 (6400Mbps) RAM and UFS 3.1 for faster performance. It also has 4860mm² large dual vapor chambers and large-area graphite to keep the phone cool while intense gaming. The phone also includes CyberEngine X-axis motor 1016 and the frequency covers 50Hz-500Hz for offering a richer vibration effect.
This is a gaming phone and comes with upgraded dedicated gaming triggers. Triggers feature a total of eight pop-up magnets improving button stability. The company claims that it rebounds faster and reduces finger fatigue after long periods of gaming. These gaming buttons support customization and let users customize the hotkeys.
The rear camera setup includes 64 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels 119° ultra-wide camera, and 2 megapixels telemacro camera. There is also a 20-megapxiels selfie camera.
POCO F4 GT has a quad-speaker setup that includes dual subwoofers and 0611 tweeters. It also supports Dolby Atmos. There is also a triple microphones system. The phone has a Side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an Infrared sensor.
Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS (L1 + L5), NavIC, NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs a 4700mAh battery with 120W hypercharge fast charging. It claims to charge the phone up to 100% in just 17 minutes.
POCO F4 GT measures 162.5x 76.7 x 8.5mm and weighs 210g. It comes in Knight Silver, Stealth Black, and Cyber Yellow colors. It also has RGB lights near the camera module that are customizable.

POCO F4 GT is priced at 599 Euros for the 8GB + 128GB model. The 12GB + 256GB model costs 699 Euros. Early birds will also get a discount of Euros. The phone will be available in several countries in Asia and Europe starting from April 28th.
