The Google company is rolling many Workspace updates to make Google Meet more useful. To make this workspace more efficient, the company integrated Google Meet with Docs, Slides, and Sheets. Now, the Google Meet video chats will be more efficient and productive for those who frequently work on documents.

Google wants to become the most popular video conferencing app in the world and making an extra effort to make sure Google Meet is accessible to all users. With this recent integration of Google Meet with Docs, Sheets, and Slides, this workspace becomes more useful.

You can start a virtual meeting in Google Meet and carry it over to the Sheets, Slides, and Docs you are working without flipping between the tabs. A screenshot shared by google shows the call UI and controls in a sidebar on the right side of the document. It will have an option to share the content with everyone on the call.

As per Google, this will be available in the coming weeks. There is no official announcement from the company about this feature being available on mobile devices.
