Electronic Arts will release its upcoming Formula 1 game, F1 22, on July 1, 2022. It will also include PC VR gaming via Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. The game is now up for pre-order.

Codemasters and EA confirmed that the game includes all the regulation changes that happened this season. The game also features new hybrid cards, new game modes, updated aero rules, and re-worked tyre models.

The game is also set to bring major track updates including updated layouts in Australia, Spain, and Abu Dhabi that happened in real life and the inaugural Miami Grand Prix track.

One of the notable features includes an Adaptive AI mode that lets the less experienced player compete with AI racers matched in skill. It also has Career Mode which comes with fresh new features. There is also the My Team feature that lets you choose a starting budget based on Newcomer, Challenger, and Front Runner entry points.

Players can also go into the glamorous world of Formula 1 with F1 Life. It is a customizable hub to show off a collection of supercars, clothing, and accessories, earned via gameplay and an in-game brand store.

F1 22 will be released on 1st July 2022 for PlayStation 5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X & S, and Xbox One platforms.
