India’s home-grown brand Lava has launched its latest smartphone Lava X2 in India. The phone is priced at a price of Rs. 6999 but is available at a special price of Rs. 6599 until March 11.

Lava X2 features a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display with a waterdrop notch. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio processor. The official website or the press release didn’t confirm the name of the chipset. Lava X2 also packs with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. The phone runs Android 11 Go edition out of the box

The phone has a dual-camera setup that includes an 8 megapixels primary camera and a depth camera. It also has a 5 megapixels selfie camera at the front.

It includes 4G, include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port connectivity options. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back and the phone supports Face Unlock.

The phone packs a 5000 mAh battery. The company promises 38 hours of talk time and 480 hours of standby time. It takes 3.5 hours in charging the phone from 0 to 100 percent.

Lava X2 is an online exclusive phone. So, it won’t be available at retail stores or shops. It will only be sold via Amazon and Lava’s official websites.
