Apple has today announced the launch date of a launch event scheduled for Tuesday, March 8 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The event will be live-streamed directly from Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, this will be an online-only launch event.
Apple is likely to launch the next-generation iPhone SE. Along with this new smartphone, Apple can also unveil a revamped iPad Air, a Mac with an Apple silicon chip, a new Mac Mini, and a new lineup for Macbook.
The next-gen iPhone SE could come with the same design but internal upgrades. This phone is expected to pack an updated A-series chip, likely the A15. It will also be Apple’s most affordable 5G iPhone.
The upcoming Macbook lineup could also pack the M2 chip, the successor to the M1 chip. There should be no change in the design.
If you are interested, you can watch the event live on Apple’s website and the Apple TV app.
