After introducing M1 Ultra SoC, Apple unveiled a new desktop called Mac Studio. mac Studio is basically the powerful version of Mac Mini. With the best available configuration, it can also be seen as the most powerful computer ever. To pair with Mac Studio, the company also announced a 27-inch 5K Retina monitor called Studio Display.

Mac Studio can be configured with M1 Max and up to 64GB memory or M1 Ultra and up to 128GB memory. You also have choices of 1TB, 2TB, 4TB, or 8TB of 7.4GB/s SSD storage. Apple claims that the M1 Ultra-powered Mac Studio can offer up to 90% better CPU performance than a Mac Pro with a 16-core Xeon processor.

It features several ports including 2 USB-C ports and an SDXC card slot in the front, and in the back, it has 4 Thunderbolt 4 ports, a 10Gb Ethernet port, two USB-A ports, an HDMI port, and a pro audio jack. It also supports WIFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.

Mac Studio has an Aluminum design and measures 7.7 x 7.7 x 3.7 inches. It also includes a new dual-fan cooling system that circulates air through 4000+ machined holes. It weighs 2.7kg or 3.6kg, depending on your choice of processor.

Studio Display is a 27-inch 5K Retina Display monitor with a peak brightness of 600 nits. It supports the DCI-P3 color gamut and offers either an Anti-reflective coating or the nano-texture glass option. The monitor has an all-Aluminium enclosure with narrow bezels. It also comes with a built-in stand.

The monitor also has an A13 Bionic chip that enables the Center Stage feature on the built-in 12MP Ultra Wide camera. The monitor has a three-microphone array and a high-fidelity six-speaker sound system inside.

The Studio Display monitor also features three USB-C ports and a Thunderbolt port to connect to a Mac with a single cable. The monitor can also deliver up to 96W of power which is enough to fast charge the 14-inch MacBook Pro.

The Mac Studio starts at Rs. 1,89,900, while the Studio Display has a starting price of Rs. 1,59,900.
