Pune-based game studio, SuperGaming has announced its upcoming battle royale title Indus. The game will be released for different platforms including consoles, smartphones, and PC. It is expected to release by the end of 2022.
The company also claims that the game is inspired by “Indian history, culture, and indo-futurism.”
In a Twitter thread, the company claims that the game will deliver a rich, fun, and connected shooter experience on low-cost hardware. So, you can expect this game to run well on mid-range smartphones.
SuperGaming studio is the company behind other popular multiplayer games like Silly Royale and Mask Guns. The company has been working on the game since last year and the first playable build was released at its annual company meetup back in November 2021.
There are already several battle royale games including PUBG, Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Call of Duty: Warzone. So, it won’t be easy for a new game to stand against the competition. The company thinks that its unique theme will help it attract new gamers.
