Sony today announced the launch of its premium true wireless earbuds Sony WF-1000XM4 in India. These buds are priced at Rs, 19990. The company promises industry-leading noise-canceling and next-level audio quality.
Each bud packs a 6-mm driver unit, featuring a 20% increase in magnet volume. It boasts a 6-mm driver unit, featuring a 20% increase in magnet volume and enhanced noise canceling.
Buds pack Integrated Processor V1 that has been designed to cancel noise. There are also noise-sensing microphones and innovative Noise Isolation Earbud Tips. So, you get uninterrupted music listening. Buds can also detect when it’s windy and automatically suppress wind noise.
Sony WF-1000XM4 buds feature Bluetooth 5.0 and also support LDAC for high-quality wireless music streaming. It also supports Google’s helpful new Fast Pair feature It also has Adaptive Sound Control that senses where you are and what you’re doing. This feature automatically adjusts ambient sound settings for a better music experience.
It also has Beamforming microphones that are designed to only pick up sounds from your mouth. So, your calling experience will be good. Buds also support Voice assistant of your phone. So, you can perform several things on your phone just by using voice commands.
Buds feature a proximity sensor that knows when you are wearing them. As soon as you take buds out, it pauses the music. WF-1000XM4 buds are also IPX4 water-resistant. The company also promises a secure and comfortable fit. At just 7.3 g they’re light enough to wear all day.
You get up to 8 hours noise-cancellation on and up to 12 hours with noise-cancellation off. You get another 16 hours with the case. It takes around 1.5 hours to charge these buds. Buds also support quick charging and just 5 minutes of charging can offer 60 minutes of music playback. There’s a Type-C port in the case for charging. The case also supports Qi wireless charging.
