Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky tweeted a list of demands by Airbnb customers. The top demand was to accept Crypto payments. This hints that the company could soon start accepting crypto payments on its accommodation-booking platform.

In another Tweet, Brian Chesky confirmed that the company will accept a variety of tokens if the company starts accepting crypto payments. So, we can expect Bitcoin, Shiba Inu, and Ethereum payments modes.

This is not the first time Brian is talking about crypto payments. He also iterated the same thing in an interview back in September 2021.

Airbnb is an online accommodation booking platform with more than 5.6 million listings worldwide. The company has already served more than 1 billion customers since its launch in 2007. Currently, the company accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal for payments. It has already processed $336 billion in payments since 2013.
