As already confirmed, Motorola has announced its latest flagship smartphone Moto Edge X30 at an event in China.

Moto Edge X30 comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display with 10-bit colors, DCI-P3 colour space, and HDR10+. The display also has a 144Hz refresh rate and 574Hz touch sampling rate. There is also Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone runs MyUI 3.0 based on Android 12.

The phone packs the latest Octa-Core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4nm SoC with Adreno next-gen GPU. It also has 8GB or 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and comes with 128GB or 256GB storage options.

Edge X30 has a triple camera with 50 megapixels primary camera, 50 megapixels 114° ultra-wide camera (2.5cm macro option), and 2 megapixels depth camera. It also includes a 60 megapixels selfie camera.

The fingerprint sensor is on the side. The phone also has Stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos. It lacks a headphone jack and supports USB Type-C Audio.

Moto Edge X30 measures 163.56×75.95×8.49mm and weighs 194g. It has an IP52 splash-resistant body. It includes 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC connectivity options. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 68W TurboPower fast charging.

Moto Edge X30 8GB + 128GB is priced at 3199 Yuan and 8GB + 256GB costs 3399 yuan. The 12GB + 256GB model is priced at 3599 yuan.

Motorola has also unveiled Moto Edge X30 special edition smartphone that features a 60 megapixels under-screen camera. It is priced at 3,999 yuan.

This model uses the same camera module but hides it under the display. All other specifications of this special edition are the same as in the regular model.
