Along with Honor X30 5G, the company also launched Honor Play 30 Plus.

Honor Play 30 Plus comes with a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display is TÜV Rheinland-certified and the company claims a 90.07% screen-to-body ratio. The phone runs Android 11 with Magic UI 5.0 out of the box.

It packs an Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 700 7nm processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is offered in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options. All the variants get 128GB UFS 2.1 storage.

The phone has a dual camera with 13 megapixels primary camera and 2 megapixels depth camera. It also includes 5 megapixels selfie camera.

There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C. It packs a 5000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging.

It measures 167.59 × 77.19 × 8.62mm and weighs 198g. The phone is sold in four colors including black, silver, blue, and gold.
