Lava recently launched its first 5G smartphone Lava Agni 5G in the country. Now the smartphone is finally up for sale in India starting today. The phone is priced at Rs. 1799 and is available from Lava e-store, Amazon, and Flipkart. Soon the phone will also be available at the company’s 100K+ retail stores across the country.

Lava Agni 5G features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone packs a powerful Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 810 6nm processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It also has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The phone runs Android 11 out of the box. Lava is promising guaranteed security patch updates for AGNI 5G for two years.
If I talk about the camera specs, there is a quad-camera setup with 64 megapixels primary camera, 5 megapixels ultra-wide camera, 2 megapixels depth camera, and 2 megapixels macro camera. The phone also has 16 megapixels selfie camera.
The fingerprint sensor is located on the side.Lava Agni 5G also includes 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, and USB Type-C. It packs a large 5000mAh battery with 30W fast charging.
This phone is indirectly competing against Realme 8s 5G, Moto G 5G, and the Samsung Galaxy M32 5G.
