Apple has sent a press invite for the second fall product event scheduled on October 18th at 1 PM Eastern. There’s no detail about the products, but the company is expected to launch new MacBooks and a redesigned higher-end Mac Mini. There could also be a pair of third-generation AirPods.

The event will be live-streamed on Apple.com at 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT.

As per earlier reports, Apple could launch new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models powered by M1X chip. These devices would be the next step in Apple’s transition away from Intel chips.

M1X chip could pack a 10 core CPU along with 16 or 32 cores graphics. To remind you, the existing M1 chip packs an 8-core CPU and 7 or 8 core GPU. Rumors also suggest a new high-end Mac mini powered by M1X and more ports. This machine aims at power users.

The 3rd gen AirPods Pro has been in roomers for quite some time. So, Apple is also expected to announce a new AirPods Pro.
