Zhiyun India has launched two Gimbals in India. The Smooth Q3 gimbal is for smartphones and Weebill 2 is for DSLRs or mirrorless cameras. Both the gimbals aim for content creators and help them in shooting stable videos.
Zhiyun Smooth Q3 is the smartphone gimbal for those who make videos using their smartphones. The gimbal has a three-axis structure for offering a stable and smooth video recording. It also has an integrated rotatable fill light with a touch button to control the light’s brightness levels. It features SmartFollow mode that keeps you always in the middle of the video. It also supports gesture control and Dolly Zoom.
The gimbal supports all smartphones and can support a max payload of 280 grams. It is compatible with both Android and iOS. There is a ZY Cami app with several smart templates and an advanced editor. So, you can record videos and then use this app to edit videos for sharing on social media.
Zhiyun Smooth Q3 promises 15 hours of battery run time. It takes 3 hours in charging the battery to 100%.
Zhiyun Smooth Q3 is priced at Rs. 9000 but there’s also a combo pack priced at Rs. 10500.
Zhiyun Weebill 2 is a DLSR gimbal. It comes with several control buttons and you can not just control gimbal movement but can also control camera functions. The gimbal supports most of the cameras available in the market. The gimbal also features a 2.88 inch, full-color, flip-out HD touchscreen display that can act as camera control and can also be used as a camera monitor.
Quick camera parameters adjustment lets you remotely control the aperture, shutter, ISO, exposure, white balance of the camera. You can also adjust focus or focal length.
The gimbal packs a built-in battery that lasts for 9 hours. It takes 1.6 hours in charging. Another good thing about this gimbal is that it can work while plugged in for charging.
Zhiyun Weebill 2 is priced at Rs. 49000. The combo of this gimbal will cost Rs. 59,000 and Weebill 2 Pro model will be available at Rs 75,000.
