Finally, YouTube has started rolling out Wear OS 2 smartwatches starting today. Some of Wear OS 2 smartwatches are Fossil Gen 6, TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, Pro 3 Cellular/LTE, and E3 models. The app was initially released for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 running Wear OS 3.
YouTube Music app for Wear OS 2 supports offline listening. YouTube Premium subscribers can also download songs for listening to offline and without ads. So, you can leave your phone at home and enjoy music directly from your smartwatch while you go for a workout or walk.
The app also includes a Smart Downloads feature that updates songs when the watch connects to WiFi.
If your device isn’t on the list, you will have to wait to get the app from Play Store. YouTube Music app for Wear OS 2 devices will be available through the Google Play Store later this year.
