Back in 2019, Microsoft introduced Surface Pro X. Today, the company introduced a new Wi-Fi-only model of the 2-in-1 laptop. There is no upgrade in the hardware.
The 2-in-1 laptop is still available with the company’s original SQ1 chip or its more recent SQ2 chip. Now the company is adding a new WiFi-only model that starts at $899.
The device now comes with Windows 11 out of the box and includes support for 64-bit software emulation. S, it offers improved app compatibility.
Microsoft didn’t talk about the battery. But the Wi-Fi version of the Surface Pro X should offer a little longer battery than the 4G sibling.
The new WiFi-only model is now available for pre-order starting today and will be available in stores starting October 5th.
