You no longer need your phone to use Google Lens. Google is now bringing Google Lens to your computer. The company is adding Lens to Google Chrome for desktop in the “coming months.”
Google Tweeted to confirm the feature and also posted a short video demonstrated how it will work.
Inspiration can strike at any time. ⚡ Soon you'll be able to use #GoogleLens to instantly search for products within images while browsing on the Google app on iPhone. And psst… Lens is coming to Chrome on desktop too 👀 #SearchOnpic.twitter.com/HTQCz7sjoO
After Google Chrome gets Lens, you will have to right-click on a website and select the “search with Lens.” Then select the part of the page you want to search.
I am not sure when this Google Lens will be available in Google Chrome. It should be added by the end of this year.
