Battlefield 2042 was set to launch on October 22, but Publisher EA has just confirmed a delay. Now the game will be launched worldwide on November 19. This is less than a month delay from the scheduled launch date. This isn’t bad considering the game has already been delayed by months.

DICE blamed the coronavirus pandemic for the delay. The company also promised to share details on the upcoming open beta of Battlefield 2042 later this month.

If you opt to try the beta, you have a chance to try the game ahead of the official launch. Battlefield 2042 will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, and PC.

Several game developers faced difficulties in releasing the games at the scheduled launch date.
