Apple unveiled iPhone 13 with a smaller notch and iPhone 13 Mini
Apple has finally unveiled its latest iPhone 13. It looks almost identical to last year’s iPhone 12 but features a smaller notch and a redesigned back camera module. Along with the regular iPhone 13, the company also introduced iPhone 13 Mini.
The iPhone 13 features a 6.1-inch OLED display and iPhone 13 Mini comes with a 5.4-inch display. Like last year’s models, these phones feature glass bodies and aluminum frames.
The phone packs Apple’s 5nm A15 Bionic processor with 15 billion transistors. It has two new high-performance cores and four new efficiency cores.
It has a dual-camera system with a new wide camera sensor. There’s a 12 megapixels primary wide-angle camera with an f/1.6 aperture and another 12-megapixel ultrawide camera with f/2.4 aperture. The iPhone 13 is also getting sensor-shift stabilization technology that was introduced with 12 Pro Max. The camera has cinematic mode for videos.
Both the phones also include 12 megapixels TrueDepth selfie camera that can also record HDR video with Dolby Vision.
Apple is offering these iPhone models in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage configurations.
Both the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini will be available in a variety of colors: Pink, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and Product (RED).
iPhone 13 Mini is getting 1.5 hours more battery life than the iPhone 12 Mini. The regular iPhone 13 model promises 2.5 hours more battery life compared to the iPhone 12. Improved battery life is due to the improved power efficiency of A15 Bionic and bigger batteries.
The iPhone 13 starts at $799 and iPhone 13 Mini starts at $699.
