Samsung has launched its new smartphone Galaxy A22 in India. This phone was initially announced a few weeks back along with A22 5G. Not sure why the company decided to launch only the 4G variant of the phone in India.
Samsung Galaxy A22 features a 6.4-inch HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It packs an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G80 processor with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. Storage is also expandable up to 256GB.
There’s a quad camera that includes 48 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, 2 megapixels depth camera and 2 megapixels macro camera. It also has 13 megapixels selfie camera.
Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, and USB Type-C. It packs 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
The phone is priced at Rs. 18499 and is now up on sale from Samsung India online stores.
