WHO mYoga app

Today on the occasion of International Yoga Day, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the WHO mYoga mobile app. This app has been developed in a collaborative initiative by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of AYUSH in India.

The mYoga app offers tutorials to help users learn and practice yoga. There are training videos for both amateurs and experts. The videos will help you understand how to properly do a yoga pose. You can choose your level and start. WHO claims that the app has been developed through a review of scientific literature and extensive international expert consultation.
