DIZO, Realme’s first brand under the TechLife ecosystem, has announced its partnership with Flipkart to sell its products on the e-commerce store. This partnership also means that all DIZO products will be exclusively available on Flipkart.
“Due to this alliance, DIZO products will be available to millions of Flipkart customers across India and additionally, get support in terms of better logistics, faster deliveries, and greater economic opportunities,” said the company.
DIZO will launch products in four different categories including Smart Entertainment, Smart Home, Smart Care, and Accessories. The company also aims to offer technology to consumers living in India’s smaller towns and cities, not just consumers of metro cities.
DIZO also confirms that the company us committed to consumer satisfaction. So, it will also give importance to after sales support. The company has already established a presence of over 320 service centers in more than 310 cities across India even before any product launch. Obviously, the company is using Realme’s network for after sale sales services.
The company has yet to launch any product in India. So, we cannot say how these products will be. Some of the DIZO products are now listed on the Vietnam shopping site. These products seem to be rebranded realme products.
