Motorola has launched Motorola Edge S Pioneer Edition in China. This is actually a new color variant (Vanilla) of the Motorola Edge S smartphone. Motorola Edge S Pioneer Edition is also priced cheaper than the other colors. Motorola Edge S Pioneer Edition is priced at CNY 1,999.

Motorola Edge S Pioneer Edition features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, and HDR10 support. The phone runs on Android 11 with MyUI on top. The phone packs Snapdragon 870 SoC with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage.

The phone fears a quad-camera that includes 64 megapixels primary camera, 16 megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera, 2 megapixels depth camera, and a time-of-flight camera. It also has a dual selfie camera with 16 megapixels primary camera and 8 megapixels secondary ultra-wide-angle camera.

Motorola Edge S Pioneer Edition has side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also features an IP52 splash-resistant build.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, USB Type-C, and GPS/ A-GPS. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 20W fast charging.

The phone is priced at CNY 1,999 and is now available for purchase in China from the official website and JD.com. It will also be available for purchase from offline Lenovo stores.
