Xiaomi has now confirmed the launch date of the Mi 11 Ultra in India. The phone will be launched on April 23. The event will be live-streamed on Xiaomi’s different social media platforms. The phone was recently announced earlier this week. So, we already know the specifications of the phone.
Mi 11 Ultra comes with a 6.81-inch E4 AMOLED quad curved DotDisplay with 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and 1,700 nits or a peak brightness. The display is also HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision. There is also a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. There is also a secondary 1.1-inch AMOLED always-on display on the back for notifications and selfie preview.
It packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 888 processor with Adreno 660 GPU. The phone also comes with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
It has a 50 megapixels primary camera with OIS, 48 megapixels 128° ultra-wide angle camera and 48 megapixels telephoto camera with OIS, 5x optical, 10x hybrid, and up to 120x zoom. It also has 20 megapixels selfie camera.
There is an under-display fingerprint sensor. This fingerprint sensor also supports heart rate monitoring. There is also an infrared sensor.
Mi 11 Ultra is also IP68 rated for Water resistance. Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11 ax 8 x / MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1 + L5), NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs 5000mAh battery with 67W wired QC4+ / QC3+ / PD3.0, 67W wireless fast charging, and 10w wireless reverse charging.
This phone won’t be cheap and will be launched to compete against OnePlus 9 Pro.
