Lenovo today unveiled its second gaming phone called Legion Phone Duel 2. The company has improved a lot of things on the phone to compete well against ROG Phone 5.

Legion Phone Duel 2 features a 6.92-inch FHD+ E4 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 720Hz multi-fingerprint touch response. The display also has HDR10+ and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Lenovo has also added an independent display chip for better display performance. The display has a total of six customizable touchpoints in the right middle frame. On the left edge of the back cover and the upper and lower back of the device. Together, you get up to eight finger operations.

It packs a powerful Octa-Core Snapdragon 888 processor with Adreno 660 GPU. There are several RAM/storage models including 8+128GB, 12+128GB, 12+256GB, 16+512GB and 18+512GB. Lenovo has also included a dual cooling system. This system consists of an internal VC 4,730 square millimeters liquid-cooled plate, dual fans, and pure copper independent air ducts.

For photography, there is a dual-camera setup with 64 megapixels primary camera and 16 megapixels ultra-wide camera. This camera can also record up to 8K videos. There is also a 44 megapixels pop-up selfie camera on the side.

This phone can also be added to an external display over HDMI for gaming on a big screen. It also supports keyboard and gamepad input. Lenovo has also included 0.7mm dual speakers, with support for Dolby Atmos. The phone lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack and supports USB Type-C audio. It also has 4 microphones setup for better audio. The fingerprint sensor is located under the display.

Connectivity options include 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax 2x2MIMO, MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, QZSS(L1+L5), 2 x USB Type-C, and NFC. Legion Phone Duel 2 packs 5500mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
