Today, Google announced that the upcoming Resident Evil Village will also arrive on Google’s Stadia platform. The company will also offer a free Stadia Premiere kit to anyone who preorders the game on Stadia before May 21.
The standard version of the game costs $60 and the Deluxe Edition that includes a bundle of in-game items costs $70. Pre-orders of the game are already open.
Google Stadia Premiere Edition costs $100 and features a white Stadia controller and a Chromecast Ultra. New users also get a one-month trial subscription to Stadia’s Pro-tier service with Premiere Edition.
Google used the same promotional offer last year for Cyberpunk 2077. It seems the strategy worked. So, Google is back with the same strategy for another game.
