Redmi Smart TV launching in India on March 17

After launching Redmi Note 10 series in India, Redmi India is all set to launch Redmi Smart TVs. The launch event is scheduled for March 17th.

This will be the first smart TV from the Redmi brand in India. Xiaomi already offers smart TVs under the MI brand. The only thing we know is that the upcoming smart TVs will be ‘Made in India’ and there will be a big-screen model. There is a Redmi smart TV with an 86-inch Display in China. We are expecting that model to come to India.

Xiaomi recently partnered with Radiant to boost the production and is already working with Dixon for local manufacturing of its smart TVs.

Redmi Max TV 86-inch model costs RMB 7,999 (approx Rs 90,000) in India. In India, it should cost slightly more than China’s pricing. If Redmi manages India manufacturing of this model, the price could be slightly lesser than the China pricing. We should know the confirmed detail on the launch day.
