Motorola just announced its latest mid-range 5G smartphone Moto G100. Moto G100 is the global version of the Motorola edge S that was launched in China earlier this year.

Moto G100 comes with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone packs an octa-core Snapdragon 870 7nm Soc with Adreno 650 GPU. It comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage or 12GB RAM with 256GB storage options. Storage is also expandable up to 1TB.

The phone has a quad-camera that includes 64 megapixels primary camera, 16 megapixels 117° ultra-wide-angle camera, 2 megapixels depth camera, and a TOF camera. The phone also has ring flash and audio zoom. It also has a dual selfie camera that has 16 megapixels primary and 8 megapixels 118° ultra-wide camera.

Moto G100 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a dedicated Google Assistant button. The phone also has P2i nano-coating and is Splash resistant.

Connectivity options in Moto G100 include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1 + L5), NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs 5000mAh battery with 20W turbo charging.

Moto G100 is priced at €499.99 or £449.99 and will be rolled out in Europe, UK and Latin America.

Moto G100 also supports Motorola’s newly launched ‘Ready For’ connectivity suite. It lets you connect your phone to an external device like a TV or monitor to case your games and video calls.
