Gionee has launched its latest budget phone Gionee Max Pro in India at Rs. 6999. It will be available from Flipkart starting March 8.

It is worth noting that Gionee’s operations in India are managed by The Jaina Group. The Jaina Group is responsible for the manufacturing and sales of Gionee products.

Gionee Max Pro features a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD display with 2.5D curved glass protection and a teardrop-shaped notch. The phone runs on Android 10. The company claims that the phone is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core processor without confirming the exact Soc name. The phone packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. Storage is further expandable up to 256GB.

It has a dual camera that includes 13 megapixels primary camera and 2 megapixels bokeh camera. The camera app features Auto HDR, Bokeh effect, Slow-motion mode, and Panorama mode. It also has an 8 megapixels selfie camera.

Gionee Max Pro has a dedicated Google Assistant button. It also supports Face Unlock. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, and micro USB. It packs a 6000mAh battery. Gionee Max Pro also supports reverse charging.

The phone is 10mm thick and weighs 212g. It comes in red, black, and blue color options
